MENU for the week of August 2-8



WEEKLY MENU:  August 2-8, 2015

~SUNDAY~
B:  Baked oatmeal (E)
L:  Chicken, salad, Spaghetti (made with Dreamfield's pasta) (S)
D:  Hamburger patties, Strawberry spinach salad with strawberry vinaigrette, slivered almonds (S)
Snacks:  Celery/peanut butter; fresh berries/string cheese

~MONDAY~
B:  "Quickie eggs" with sourdough (S Helper)
L:  Leftover hamburger patty with pepper jack cheese; raw veggies/ranch dip (S)
D:  Greek chicken pita wrap with tzaziki sauce, tomatoes, lettuce, cukes (E)
Snacks:  olives; strawberries

~TUESDAY~
B:  Strawberry/pineapple/mango smoothie with protein powder (E)
L:  Turkey/turkey bacon/lettuce/tomato salad or low-carb wrap (S with mayo or dressing)
D:  Fresca Bowls (chicken breast, black & pinto beans, tomatoes, salsa verde, brown rice/quinoa, fire-roasted corn) served with 0% Jalapeno Greek Yogurt dip (E)
Snacks:  Celery/peanut butter; fresh berries/string cheese

~WEDNESDAY~
B:  Oatmeal pancakes with Polaner all-fruit jam & 1 tsp butter; tea (E)
L:  Lunchables (2 Wasa Light Rye crackers, 1/3 less fat cream cheese, turkey breast); salad with spritzer dressing (FP)
D:  Taco salad (S)
Snacks:  THM chocolate pudding; Mixed nuts

~THURSDAY~
B:  Eggs fried in coconut oil; bacon; coffee/cream (S)
L:  Tuna in celery or Romaine boats; raw veggies/ dip (S)
D:  Curry yogurt chicken, loaded cauliflower; green beans (S)
Snacks: Skinny chocolate; cottage berry whip

~FRIDAY~
B:  Fat-stripping Frappe (FP)
L:  Curry chicken salad on Gwen's bread (E)
D:  "Fooled Ya" THM pizza with artichoke hearts/olives/pesto cream sauce (S)
Snacks:  Skinny chocolate; THM chocolate pudding

~SATURDAY~
B:  Crepes with cottage berry whip (E)
L:  Leftover pizza or lunchables (S or FP)
D:  Pepperoncini Beef Roast in crockpot; roasted parm. broccoli (S)
Snacks:  raw veggies; fruit

Dessert options:  THM Texas Brownies (S); Cottage Berry Whip (FP); Tummy-tucking ice cream (FP); Special Agent Brownies (S); THM Lemon Bars (S)...
